Your way of thinking, feeling, restoring and creating may be more individual than you were taught to believe.
Why I created Chromatics
“Why can't I do this properly?”
became
“What if this simply isn't my way?”
At a point when I felt in danger of losing almost everything, I tried the practices I kept being told would help: visualising the future, meditation and familiar personal-development techniques. But I don't naturally visualise.
I could know what I wanted something to become. I could investigate it, connect ideas, understand possibilities and create from them. But closing my eyes and clearly seeing a future was not how my mind naturally worked.
That question returned me to more than 30 years of my life's work around colour, energy, pregnancy, childhood, wellbeing, development and individuality.
“What if we are trying to teach individual human beings universal ways of being?”
What if the meditation that settles one person frustrates another? What if one person experiences possibility as vivid imagery while another experiences it through words, feeling, curiosity, movement, making, knowing or action?
That question became Chromatics.
Seven Chromatic ways
And so there shouldn't be only one way to meditate, restore, create or open yourself to possibility.

Your colours are the beginning of the conversation, not the end of it.

Know me
We begin by exploring your emerging Unique Genius. Not simply what you're good at — because being capable of something doesn't necessarily mean it is naturally you.
Who you naturally are
What you've learned to be good at
What responsibility requires
The state you're in right now
Capability is not Core. Necessity is not Nature.
Your first Chromatic pathway begins to emerge. But we don't ask you to believe it. We ask you to live it.
Live me
Your initial result becomes a hypothesis — something to explore against the evidence of your ordinary life, rather than a label you have to accept.
What naturally interests you?
What do you voluntarily return to?
What makes you feel more like yourself?
What restores or depletes you?
What do you love when nobody needs anything from you?
Which hobbies, places, movement, creativity, nature, learning and relationships bring you alive?
Create my life
This is the later stage: using what lived evidence has shown you to recognise possibility and participate intentionally in creating more of the life you want. Not control. Not performance. Your pathway.
How do you meditate?
Chromatics invites you to experiment and learn what actually helps you feel settled, clear, restored and receptive. Colour suggestions are hypotheses, not prescriptions. Your lived response always overrides theory.
A daily ritual
What is happening in me today?
What would support my natural pathway?
What could I do, experience, change — or simply allow — that moves my life a little closer to me?
CREATE is not always productivity. Rest, play, space and allowing can be deeply aligned choices too.
Create my life
Manifestation has become a loaded word. For Chromatics, it doesn't mean pretending everything is wonderful, forcing yourself to visualise something you can't see, or believing that thinking correctly guarantees an outcome.
“Discovering the natural pathway through which you recognise possibility — and help give it form.”
You may See it.
You may Feel it.
You may Write it.
You may Question it.
You may Investigate it.
You may Talk about it.
You may Make it.
You may Act upon it.
You may Need space before recognising it.
Chromatics helps you understand your pathway, become more open to possibilities, make choices and intentionally participate in creating more of the life you want — without claiming control over external outcomes.

Your Unique Genius
Your Unique Genius is not only what you do. It is also how you feel most yourself while living.
